Due to severe health issues, Mr. W E Smitherman’s family has moved him to another State for medical care and has authorized Pearce & Associates Auction Company to sell all of his assets from W E Smitherman Plumbing as well as his personal home assets!
Mr Smitherman owned and operated his plumbing company for over 30 years.

Please note in the catalog our best description of the items being sold. The home was found to be in poor cleaning condition due to dogs in the house and some furniture may need shampooing/cleaning.
Also, due to Mr Smithermans health situation, he has lost titles to (3) work vans. Pearce & Associates has applied for replacement titles with the State of Alabama. It takes 4 to 6 weeks normally for replacement to be made. Pearce & Associates will sell the vehicles, and escrow the funds until the titles are available. Please do not bid on the vans if you cannot wait up to 6 weeks. Pearce will provide the purchaser a legal bill of sale document to verify ownership.
