All online bidders are required to set up a bidding account with a valid credit card.
You may also request an absentee bidding form as a method of placing your bids. Absentee form will require you to place your maximum bid amount per tract along with a 10% deposit. Non winning bidders will have their deposits refunded within 5 days of auctions ending.
