Non paying bidders will be charged in full for their purchases on their credit cards if not paid for and pick up by the terms set forth by this auction.
A onsite inspection date will be provided to all potential bidders for this auction prior to the ending online bidding date. We encourage all potential bidders to inspect the items in person. The auctioneer, nor the seller guarantees year, make, model, miles, quantities, or condition. Some vehicles may require a wrecker to remove from the premise.
Sales tax collected unless you provide a valid tax resale certificate and number to Pearce. Non Alabama residents are not required to pay sales tax for vehicles taken out of State.
