BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $110.00.



PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, local check & cash. Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. Load out staff can not accept any form of payment.



STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CST at a rate of 3 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot closing.



LOAD-OUT/PICK-UP: Winning Bidders may pick their items up at 16513 Cornerstone Drive in Belton Missouri on Friday, December 20th from 1-5pm or on Saturday, December 21st from 9am-12pm.. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick-up or shipping arrangements are made.



WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Printed statements or descriptions by Mayo Auction & Realty are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion. The catalog for this auction is intended to provide accurate descriptions of all items.



Every effort is made by Mayo Auction & Realty to describe articles being sold as accurately as possible. Our research includes consultation with seller, outside experts and specialists in their field when necessary as well as online and library research. However, we do not warrant the authenticity, origin, condition, or date of manufacture. Our descriptions are intended to be an aid and convenience to buyers. All descriptions are subject to errors and omissions. All Sales are Final.



CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.



CHOOSE WISELY: We want every one to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly.



FIREARMS: All applicable gun laws will be observed. All buyers will fill out 4473, show ID, and FBI background check will be performed before possession of firearm will be transferred to the buyer. If the buyer is unable to take possession of the firearm, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. (If you cannot pass the background check, please do not bid on firearms). Handguns: Out of state residents must have handguns transferred to a FFL (Federal Firearm Licensee) in their state of residence and buyer must take possession from them. They are fairly easy to find (most gun shops will do this for you) and most charge a nominal fee for this service. A shipping and handling fee will be assessed to send the handgun to the FFL. For Kansas residents, if you use our recommend FFL they will charge $20 per handgun to do the transfer and there will be no shipping and handling fee; the gun will available for pickup in Gardner, KS.



The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items form the auction; split or combine lots; add minimum bids or reserve prices. The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event or to make change's to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
