This auction includes a commercial property consisting of a gas station with 2 pumps, in ground tanks (3,000 gallon unleaded fuel & 1,000 diesel tank), a total of 2600 sq feet of space. It has full kitchen, commercial appliances, walk in cooler, small office, 2 bathrooms, restaurant seating area, porch, security system with camera's. The septic system has been cleaned in the last 2 years. The restaurant area could be used as rental office space. The fuel tanks were installed in December of 2012 and are current. The property has 3/4 of an acre and is located 7 miles from the City of Montevallo on Shelby County Highway 54/Eddings Town Rd.
