Winning Bidders will be emailed an invoice. Purchaser must register with a valid credit, but we do not accept credit cards for final payment. You must pay by cash, certified funds, checks with a bank letter of guarantee to Pearce & Associates or bank wire transfer.
Purchaser is responsible for removal of assets.
Payment in full no later than Wednesday, August 4.
Pickup of all merchandise beginning Monday, August 2 through Friday August 6th. Racking & Mezzanine cannot be dissesembled until Monday August 9th. This will allow ample time for the merchandise to be removed from racking. If you purchase a large quantity of items, we may extend you extra time for removal.
The building must be completely vacated by the end of August.
